| LT & Associates were established in 1999 and have over 11 years of experience in building design and construction. Located in Glendenning, a suburb of Western Sydney. We aim to service the metropolitan, inner and outer western Sydney region, as well as the central buisness district. We also have services located on the Central Coast of NSW expandng our support to that area as well. We have been working as building designers and architectural drafters in the Sydney metropolitan area since our foundation, working extensivley on new and existing residential, commercial and industrial projects. Through our great attention to detail we have managed to pick up a few design awards for our work over the past few years. Our employees are qualified building designers, draftspeople and site supervisors. They hold qualifications such as Diploma's in Architectural Technology, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney and extensive experience in Project Management. Our company specialises in energy efficient residential designs, new elegant homes and stunning additions and extensions. Providing clients with expertise in the field of architecture and building design and all of the documentation required for local council and government building approval. We also have experience in the commercial and industrial sector, with work being done on shopping centre fitouts, designing and retrofitting factories and re-cycling plants, boutique's and salons. We are also member's of the Building Designers Association, a dynamic organisation of building designers and architects whose members have proven technical and design competencies. |
